Privacy Policy
Effective October 14, 2026
Robertson Home Renovations ("we", "us") runs robertsonhomerenovations.com. This policy says what we collect through the site, what we do with it and how you can have it removed.
What we collect
When you send a job request, we collect:
- your name, phone number and, if you give it, your email address
- your ZIP code and property address, if you give them
- the kind of job and the description you write
- the photos you upload with the request
- which consent boxes you ticked, the time you sent the form and the consent wording you saw
The form uses Google reCAPTCHA to stop automated spam. reCAPTCHA collects details about your device and browser and sends them to Google. Google's Privacy Policy covers what Google does with that data.
How we use it
We use what you send to:
- look at the job and prepare a free estimate
- call, text or email you about the request
- agree on the scope, the schedule and the price of the work
We do not use your details for advertising or profiling.
Text messages and email
The first consent box on the form lets us send appointment reminders and updates about your job by text. The second box, which you can leave empty, lets us send tips, promotions and business news by text and email. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, and use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop emails.
We do not share your phone number or your text message consent with any third party for their marketing.
Who sees your information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Your request goes into our customer records system (GoHighLevel) and to Sean's email. The companies that run the website, the form and those systems handle the data to deliver your request, and for no other purpose.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we work on your request and any job that follows, and as long as the law requires after that. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. California residents also have the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we sell none) and the right to be treated the same after using any of these rights.
Cookies
The site asks before it sets analytics cookies, and it stores your answer in your browser for a year. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the site treats it as an opt out. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings.
